Abstract : Effective handover communication plays a crucial role in patient satisfaction and contributes to saving lives. Research indicates that proper handover communication in a hospital setting during duty hours facilitates the transmission of essential information to the next level of healthcare service providers. However, it's important to note that the findings of these studies are not universally applicable to all doctors, including those from the NHS trust. [1].
