Abstract : This study underscores the significance of effective teaching in higher education and proposes a qualitative research approach to illuminate key factors contributing to successful teaching practices. The outlined steps encompass defining research questions, conducting a comprehensive literature review, selecting participants, employing diverse data collection methods, and systematically analyzing data. The study emphasizes the importance of interpreting findings within the research questions' context, followed by discussing implications for educational planning and practice. The ultimate goal is to provide recommendations for enhancing teaching in higher education based on insights gleaned from the experiences of exemplary professors. The research concludes with a transparent and conventionally structured academic report.
