Abstract : Talent management is the umbrella term encompassing HR practices used to find, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing employees. Managing employees is a vital yet challenging responsibility. Acquiring the right personnel strengthens the organisational plan. Today, an organization's greatest challenge is not only finding exceptional candidates, but also retaining them. An aid for HR teams to recruit, train, and retain employees is based on the trustworthy. This chapter will provide an overview of the most recent investigations on talent management in multinational corporations.
