Abstract : It is common in educational institute to have hate or negative judgments toward students from LGBTQ community. Students from LGBTQ community face violence and bully by their classmates, other students and even by the teachers, who are supposed to be supportive and highly educated. Being removed from friend circle, sexual harassment, insulted are common form of bully LGBTQ students face. The purpose of the study the factors that affects the acceptance of LGBTQ community by students. Each and every factors are studied in details, how it impact the acceptance of LGBTQ community are explained.
Three independent variable are highlighted in the framework: attitude, subjective norm, behavioural control. Within the framework we created three hypotheses based on literature in order to examine the impact of each component on LGBTQ students.
