Abstract : Elementary theoretical research necessitates a research report. Forcing a student to become well-versed in management's real-world applications is one of its main goals. After the third trimester, we must complete two months of summer training as part of our two-year BBA programme. Summer training is a far cry from college education. The focus of college education is primarily on theoretical concepts. Although we are more involved in practical work during our training period. The primary goal of the practical aspects of the management profession is to work like postgraduates in the field, and if that work is given to us, how we have tackled it.
A study on "EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AT BIG BAZAAR, FUTURE RETAIL LTD, FUTURE GROUP (GIP MALL-NOIDA SECTOR-18)" was given to me as a task.
I hope that the findings and recommendations will help the company to increase the number of employees hired from the best possible sources.
