Abstract : During my research, I have learned the concept of employee retention and the importance of it in an industry. I have also learned how Covid 19 impacted the whole economy. Several people have left their jobs during this pandemic. I have explained each and every aspect of this topic in this report. Every issue, from the crust to the core, was presented to me, and this is a summary of what I learnt. This report's data comes from a variety of sources, including telephone instructions, emails, project proposals, internet pages, and notes from my faculty guide. I have also taken a survey from several employee regarding this issue.
