Abstract : The goal of this study was to find out how satisfied employees were with various aspects of their jobs. furthermore, the study aimed to determine how committed the workers are to their jobs and how happy they are with various aspects of their work. The study was conducted using a survey-based descriptive research approach. The research was conducted in the healthcare industry. The current findings of work satisfaction and a high positive connection between job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee loyalty show that strengthening this facet might leadimproveanizational commitment in this sample.
