Abstract : With the disruption of the technology many startup have got the recognition in the last few years. The Startup company named as FutureInsta for hiring graduates for the IT/ Software Development sector started working in June 2020. The owners of the company were having immense social networks due to which they were able to lure seed funding from famous angel investors. As soon as the company got its name associated with the renowned industrialists , the new venture got a plenty of projects from some good Multi- National Corporations .They hired good individuals who worked efficiently that led to gradual growth of the company.
