Abstract : This chapter provides an in-depth analysis of cloud computing, looking at it from the special perspectives of both vendors and librarians. Librarians are the end users of these services, while vendors are at the forefront of providing cloud solutions. We explore the technical nuances and real-world applications of cloud computing, illuminating the difficulties, advantages, and factors that should be taken into account for each party. This study improves our collective understanding of cloud computing in the context of libraries by contrasting these two points of view, offering insightful information for wise decision-making and building fruitful partnerships between vendors and librarians.
