Abstract : My project report's theme is “IMPACT OF MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE: A case of Bandhan Bank” and I'll be conducting a google form questionnaire. I have collected 50 responses from people who worked in the bank. In my research, I noticed that The financial industry is experiencing a staff scarcity, according to the study's conclusions, and all employees must be treated with the same care and devotion as the most valuable resource. The majority of the company's current employees are willing to leave if they are offered a better position with better benefits. Because of the nature of the profession and its bad wage structure, the majority of respondents would not continue until retirement age.
