Abstract : The goal of this study is to determine how significant and effective human resource management is in nonprofit organisations. The concept was known as people management at the start of the twentieth century, and by the 1980s, it had grown into a strategy known as human resources management. When it comes to managing human resources, many companies that see people as the most important stakeholder utilise a traditional approach. Employees have a crucial role in a company's success. As a result, human resource management encompasses themes including hiring, training, development, career management, performance appraisal, occupational health, and safety. The study looks into whether these roles are valued in any way.
