Abstract : In the OTT world, Netflix is one of the most popular service providers. Apart from buying the OTT rights of big-ticket movies and web shows, the streaming giant has made it big and bankrolled some of the biggest ventures in the history of world cinema. Netflix has overcome many obstacles and confirmed that maximum audience from all over the world will be able to access the films and shows acquired or produced by Netflix by deploying number of valuable propositions. Netflix is an exceptional case of a business doing everything accurate. It has been excelled in taking smart, tactical decisions starting from their branding and content to their corporate model and services. It has developed a deep knowledge of its viewers with large market share and focused strategies. However, the streaming giant also witnessed downfall in the number of subscribers on many levels and in many countries inspite of devising various marketing strategies.
