Abstract : Insplore aims to provide the best wealth management guidance through truthful financial exposition, in addition to encouraging its employees to prospect job opportunities across various financial sectors. A detailed report on my experience as an intern in the organization and how the company helps its employees to explore different fields in financial sectors. I am a BBA finance student and was allowed to work as an intern at insplore consultations in the sales and marketing and finance strategy sector at the end of my first year. I joined this internship intending to develop real-life exposure, enhance my skills, and explore career options. I challenged myself to be as professional as possible and be amenable to new opportunities and challenges. In this report, I disclose my new learnings, new skills, and my experience during this internship which I believe will help me with my aims and ambitions.
