He has conducted over 30 evaluations and research studies on various health programs and projects and is the Principal Investigator for a "Performance Monitoring for Action" project.

He has a Ph.D in Statistics and has a strong background in conducting health surveys and program evaluations. He has also taught statistics in various programs and organized training programs in reproductive health and quantitative research.
